The client had an existing building built within a large landscaped plot and decided to construct a modern building appearing to float on three sides of an existing pond.  Standing seam roofs were fixed to the slopes and an Alumasc Green Roof with sedum vegetation blanket specified to the front roof.

On this project, the client had a roof terrace that was accessible from first floor level requiring waterproofing. Alumasc Hydrotech hot melt was selected followed by drainage, soil, turfing and South Cerney ballast.
