Primark, Swindon

This was a very different project in the centre of Swindon that involved removing some 1500m2 of existing roofing and replacing with Permanite High Performance Felts incorporating a tapered insulation scheme. The work was carried out for Pearce Group Ltd.

Whitefriars, Bristol

A logistically challenging project involving renewing roof coverings to three tower roofs in Bristol City Centre. Due to the location and height of the buildings it was decided to overlay the existing coverings, all materials had to be positioned using two large mobile cranes from Sparrows Ltd. All work carried out to the satisfaction of Messrs. C.B. Richard Ellis.
